New York City to redeem all 2006E general obligation bonds on Aug. 1

Norfolk, Va., July 27 – The City of New York called all $82.75 million of its fiscal 2006 series E general obligation bonds, according to a notice.

The bonds, which have coupons from 4% to 5% and are due Aug. 1, 2016 to 2024 and 2027, will be redeemed at par on Aug. 1.

The Bank of New York Mellon is the trustee agent.
