New York City to redeem $456.91 million 2005O G.O. bonds

Norfolk, Va., May 26 – The City of New York plans to redeem $447,405,000 of its fiscal 2005 series O tax-exempt general obligation bonds and $9,505,000 of 2005 series O G.O. bonds, according to two notices.

The bonds, which are due June 1, 2016 to 2025, 2027, 2030 and 2033, will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest on June 1.

The Bank of New York Mellon is the trustee agent.
