Fitch: Arcos Dorados view to stable

Fitch Ratings said it affirmed Arcos Dorados Holdings Inc.'s long-term foreign currency issuer default rating and senior unsecured notes at BB+.

The outlook was revised to stable.

The agency also affirmed and withdrew the long-term foreign and local currency issuer default ratings on Arcos Dorados BV, as it is no longer considered relevant to the coverage.

Fitch said the outlook revision reflects the company's improved performance and comfortable debt maturity profile following the refinancing of the secured loan with the issuance of the $265 million senior unsecured notes in April 2017. The agency expects Arcos to generate positive FCF and improve its credit profile over the next two years.
