Company sells 465,000 common units at $21.15 per unit through offering

Knoxville, Tenn., Dec. 23 - New Source Energy Partners LP raised $9.84 million in a private placement of common units with Goldman Sachs MLP Income Opportunities Fund on Dec. 20, according to an 8-K filed Monday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The company sold 2 million units at $21.15 per unit. The price per unit is a 4.3% discount to the Dec. 19 closing share price of $22.10.
Based in Oklahoma City, New Source Energy is an oil and natural gas explorer.
