Moody's rates Hoag Memorial Hospital, Calif., bonds Aa3/VMIG1, Aa3

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned Aa3/VMIG1 ratings to Hoag Memorial Hospital Presbyterian's series 2008 A, B & C bonds and Aa3 underlying ratings to the series 2008 D, E & F bonds. The bonds will be issued by the City of Newport Beach, Calif.

The outlook is stable.

Sale of the $131.985 million series 2008 A & B bonds was expected on May 19. Sale of the $70.095 million series 2008 C bonds and $250 million series 2008 D, E & F bonds was expected on May 21.
