Newland International extends tender offer for $36 million 9½% notes

Chicago, Nov. 19 – Newland International Properties, Corp. said it extended the cash tender offer for up to $36 million principal amount of its outstanding 9½% senior secured notes due 2017.

The offer now will run until 5 p.m. ET on Nov. 19, extended from 11:59 p.m. ET on Nov. 18, according to a company notice.

Tendered notes may no longer be withdrawn, as of the original deadline.

Holders had tendered the following amount of notes so far:

• None of the $2,440,997.24 of notes;

• $9,334,803.40 of the $33,627,850.13 notes;

• $59,668.68 of the $3,449,894.50 notes; and

• $90,406.62 of the $130,399,199.38 notes.
