New Jersey Turnpike defeases all outstanding series 2004B 5.15% bonds

Columbus, Ohio, Feb. 4 – The New Jersey Turnpike Authority defeased all $168,645,000 of its outstanding series 2004B 5.15% turnpike revenue bonds, according to a notice.

The bonds will be redeemed Jan. 1, 2017 at par plus accrued interest, the notice says.

Bank of New York Mellon is a co-trustee.
