New Jersey Transportation Trust plans $849.2 million debt offering

New York, Aug. 19 - The New Jersey Transportation Trust Fund plans to price $849.2 million of series 2013AA transportation program bonds during the week of Aug. 19, according to a sales calendar.

The bonds (A1/A+/A+) will be sold through senior manager BofA Merrill Lynch.

Proceeds will be used to finance capital transportation projects within the state.
