New Jersey Transportation Trust Fund to price $1.3 billion bonds

New York, Nov. 14 - The New Jersey Transportation Trust Fund is set to sell $1.3 billion of transportation system bonds during the week of Nov. 14, according to a source familiar with the deal.
The bonds (A1/A+/A+) will be sold on a negotiated basis with Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC as the senior manager.
Proceeds from the sale will be used to finance transportation-related capital projects within the state.
