By Sheri Kasprzak

New York, May 3 – The New Jersey Health Care Facilities Financing Authority said Tuesday it’s considering a refunding bond offering for South Jersey Hospital, Inc.

The offering, if priced, will refund the hospital’s $10,985,000 of series 2004A-1 revenue bonds, $137,625,000 of series 2006 revenue bonds and its $48,825,000 of series 2008 revenue bonds.

Pricing and timing of the deal is dependent upon market and other factors.
