Moody's rates William Paterson University, N.J., bonds A2

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned an A2 rating to William Paterson University's $90 million of series 2008C revenue bonds issued through the New Jersey Educational Facilities Authority.

Moody's also said it affirmed the A2 underlying ratings on the university's outstanding debt.

The outlook is stable.

Sale of the 2008C bonds was expected on June 4.
