Moody's rates N.J. City University bonds A3

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned an A3 rating to New Jersey City University's $69 million of revenue refunding bonds, series 2008E, and $6 million of revenue refunding bonds, series 2008F (taxable), to be issued by the New Jersey Educational Facilities Authority.

At the same time, Moody's said it affirmed the A3 rating on the university's outstanding debt.

The outlook is stable.

Sale of the series 2008E and 2008F bonds is expected on April 16.
