New Jersey coordinates $141.66 million general obligation bond offering

New York, March 18 – The State of New Jersey is scheduled to price $141,655,000 of series T general obligation bonds on Tuesday, according to a preliminary official statement.
The bonds will be sold on a negotiated basis with Citigroup Global Markets Inc. as the senior manager. The co-managers are RBC Capital Markets LLC, Siebert Brandford Shank & Co. LLC and Wells Fargo Securities LLC.
The bonds are due 2017 to 2023.
Proceeds will be used to refund the state’s series 2004, 2007 and 2009 general obligation bonds.
