New Issue: New Hampshire Housing Finance sells $121 million of taxable refunding bonds

New York, March 14 - The New Hampshire Housing Finance Authority sold $121 million of series 2013A taxable single-family mortgage acquisition revenue refunding bonds, said a pricing sheet.
The bonds (Aa3) were sold through George K. Baum & Co.
The bonds are due 2013 to 2023 with term bonds due in 2027, 2030 and 2034. The serial coupons range from 0.49% to 3.40%, all priced at par. The 2027 bonds have a 4.05% coupon, the 2030 bonds have a 4.50% coupon and the 2034 bonds have a 3.75% coupon, all priced at par.
Proceeds will be used to refund existing mortgage acquisition bonds issued between 1996 and 2003.
