Moody's gives A3 to St. Anselm College, N.H.
Moody's Investors Service said it assigned an A3 underlying rating to St. Anselm College's $62.705 million of series 2008 bonds to be issued through the New Hampshire Health and Education Facilities Authority.
Sale of the bonds is expected on April 30.
They will be issued in a daily variable-rate mode and will be further secured by an irrevocable direct-pay letter of credit from RBS Citizens, NA.
The outlook is stable.
