New Issue: New Hampshire brings to market $144.93 million G.O. bonds

New York, Dec. 11 – The State of New Hampshire priced $144.93 million of series 2014 general obligation bonds, according to a pricing sheet.

The offering included $89,925,000 of series 2014A G.O. refunding bonds and $55,005,000 of series 2014B G.O. capital improvement bonds.

The 2014A bonds are due 2018 to 2028 with 1.5% to 5% coupons and 0.78% to 2.44% yields.

The 2014B bonds are due 2015 to 2034 with coupons from 2.5% to 5% and yields from 0.14% to 2.71%.

The bonds were sold through senior manager BofA Merrill Lynch.

Proceeds will be used to finance capital projects for the state, as well as to refund the state’s series 2002, 2005, 2006 and 2008 capital improvement and refunding bonds.
