Fitch rates to New England Power notes A-
Fitch Ratings said it rated New England Power Co.’s issuance of $300 million of 30-year senior unsecured notes A-.
The agency assigned the A- senior unsecured rating on Oct. 10.
The proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.
The outlook is stable.
