New England Power readies dollar-denominated 30-year notes offering

Knoxville, Tenn., Nov. 18 – New England Power Co. intends to price dollar-denominated 30-year senior notes in a Rule 144A and Regulation S offering, according to a market source.

Global fixed income investor calls kicked off on Wednesday.

BofA Securities Inc., Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC and MUFG Securities Americas Inc. are the bookrunners.

New England Power is a Waltham, Mass.-based electric utility and a subsidiary of National Grid plc.
