Newbridge adds Bruce Jordan as managing director of investment banking

Jordan brings experience with public, private, M&A deals to Newbridge

Norfolk, Va., March 6 – Newbridge Securities Corp. announced the addition of Bruce Jordan as its managing director of investment banking, according to a news release.

Jordan has been involved with investment banking for more than 20 years and was the president of Midtown Partners from 2001 to 2011. During his term at Midtown, the company focused on institutionally placed offerings with microcap companies and consistently ranked as one of the top 10 placement agents for PIPE transactions. He is experienced with both public and private offerings as well as M&A transactions.

Based in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., Newbridge provides full service securities brokerage and investment banking services.
