New Issue: New Britain, Conn., sells $55.3 million of G.O. bond anticipation notes

New York, March 26 - The City of New Britain, Conn., sold $55,305,000 of series 2014A general obligation bond anticipation notes, according to an official statement.
The notes were sold through lead manager William Blair & Co.
The notes are due Oct. 30, 2014 and have a 2% coupon to yield 0.75%.
Proceeds will be used to finance municipal improvements and capital projects.
