By Devika Patel

Knoxville, Tenn., Sept. 11 – Archer-Daniels-Midland Co. will conduct an offering of notes, according to a 424B2 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes feature a make-whole call until six months prior to maturity and then a par call.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC are the bookrunners. The co-managers are Barclays and BofA Merrill Lynch.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, including repaying commercial paper.

The Chicago-based company processes agricultural commodities and manufactures food and feed ingredients.
