ADM to redeem $500 million of 2.75% notes due 2025 via new notes

Los Angeles, Sept. 10 – Archer-Daniels-Midland Co. will redeem in full its $500 million of outstanding 2.75% notes due March 27, 2025, according to a press release.

Proceeds from ADM’s issuance of 2.7% notes due 2051 will be used to pay the redemption price. Any remaining proceeds from the new notes will be used for general corporate purposes.

The Chicago-based company processes agricultural commodities and manufactures food and feed ingredients.
