Washington, Dec. 20 - Nevada Copper Corp. priced a private placement of units for C$1.25 million.
The company plans to sell 1 million units to Longview Capital Partners Inc. at C$1.25 per unit.
Each unit will consist of one share and one half-share warrant with each warrant exercisable at C$1.50 for 18 months.
Proceeds will be used to accelerate development and a planned feasibility study on the company's 100% owned Pumpkin Hollow copper property in Western Nevada.
Nevada Copper is a copper company based in Vancouver, B.C.
