Knoxville, Tenn., April 9 - Nevada Copper Corp. said it will raise C$20.59 million in a private placement of stock.
The company plans to sell 6.75 million common shares at C$3.05 apiece on a bought-deal private placement basis.
The deal will be conducted by a syndicate of underwriters led by Macquarie Capital Markets Canada Ltd. and including Scotia Capital Inc. There is a C$3.09 million greenshoe.
Settlement is expected April 27.
Proceeds will be used to fund continued development of the Pumpkin Hollow Property and for general working capital purposes.
Nevada Copper is a mining company based in Vancouver, B.C.
