NeuroMetrix intends to price public offering of common-share units

Deal finances product commercialization and general corporate purposes

Knoxville, Tenn., Nov. 23 - NeuroMetrix, Inc. will price a public offering of its units, according to a Form S-1 filed Wednesday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The units will consist of common shares and warrants.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, including commercialization efforts for the company's NC-stat DPNCheck product, for developing Sensus and other product candidates and to invest in securities.

The medical device company has headquarters in Waltham, Mass.
