Airlie CLO to redeem floating notes, subordinated notes on Sept. 22

New York, Sept. 10 – Airlie CLO 2006-I Ltd. and Airlie CLO 2006-I Corp. gave notice of the optional redemption of the following notes series:

• Class A-1 senior secured floating-rate notes;

• Class A-2 senior secured floating-rate notes;

• Class B senior secured deferrable floating-rate notes;

• Class C senior secured deferrable floating-rate notes;

• Class D senior secured deferrable floating-rate notes; and

• Subordinated notes.

According to the notice from trustee Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA, holders of a majority of the subordinated notes have directed the trustee to redeem the senior secured notes and the subordinated notes in whole on Sept. 22.

The company will pay the outstanding amount plus accrued interest for the senior secured notes, or $28,286,903 for the class A-1 notes, $16,025,944 for the class A-2 notes, $16,542,264 for the class B notes, $31,156,303 for the class C notes and $8,092,558 for the class D notes.

For the subordinated notes, it will pay the amount of the proceeds of the assets remaining after redeeming the senior secured notes and paying in full the expenses of the issuers.
