NetScout investor drops stake to 4.1%

Charlotte, N.C., Jan. 27 - NetScout Systems, Inc. investors led by Silver Lake Partners, LP sold 1,201,088 shares of the company's stock between Jan. 20 and Jan. 26 at prices from $13.6588 to $14.7523 each, according to a schedule 13D/A filed with the Securities and Exchange.

The investors beneficially own 1,610,687 shares, or 4.1%, of NetScout.

Ken Hao, Silver Lakes' representative on NetScout's board of directors, resigned in September, the filing said.

Westford, Mass.-based NetScout manufactures and sells high-speed-network products.
