New Issue: NetLogic Microsystems arranges $29.73 million direct offering of shares

Knoxville, Tenn., Dec. 21 - NetLogic Microsystems, Inc. said it plans a $29.73 million non-brokered registered direct offering of stock.

The company will sell 700,400 common shares at $42.45 per share.

Settlement is expected Dec. 23.

Proceeds will be used to repay outstanding debt under an existing term note with the remainder to be used for general corporate purposes, including working capital.

NetLogic is a semiconductor company based in Mountain View, Calif.
