Netlist files $30 million shelf registration for stock and preferreds

Knoxville, Tenn., Jan. 11 - Netlist, Inc. filed a $30 million shelf registration in an S-3 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The registration covers common stock, preferred stock, warrants, depositary shares and units.

The preferreds may be structured as convertibles.

The proceeds will be used for capital expenditures, working capital and other general corporate purposes.

Irvine, Calif.-based Netlist designs, manufactures and sells memory subsystems primarily for the server, high-performance computing and communications markets.
