Arch Capital holds investor calls for two-tranche offering of dollar-denominated senior notes

Tupelo, Miss., June 22 – Arch Capital Group Ltd. held fixed income investor calls on Monday for a two-tranche offering of dollar-denominated senior notes (Baa1/A-/BBB+), according to a market source and a 424B2 with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The company plans to price 10-year and 30-year notes.

Wells Fargo Securities LLC, BofA Securities Inc., Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC, J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Lloyds Securities Inc. are the bookrunners.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

Arch is a Pembroke, Bermuda-based provider of insurance and reinsurance.
