Douglas County Hospital Authority, Neb., considers refunding offering

By Sheri Kasprzak

New York, March 13 – The Douglas County Hospital Authority No. 2 and No. 3 of Nebraska is contemplating a refunding offering for bonds issued on behalf of the Nebraska Methodist Health System, according to a statement from the authority.

The proposed sale will refund series 2008 revenue and refunding bonds, of which $208,575,000 are outstanding.

Although the authority expects the offering to be conducted before the end of the calendar year, the pricing is contingent upon market conditions and other factors.
