Knoxville, Tenn., Oct. 26 - NCI Building Systems Inc. settled a $250 million private placement of 12% series B cumulative convertible participating preferred stock on Oct. 20, according to an 8-K filed Monday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The company sold 250,000 preferreds to Clayton, Dubilier & Rice Fund VIII, LP.
The preferreds are convertible into NCI common stock at $1.2748 per share.
NCI is a Houston-based integrated manufacturer of metal products for the nonresidential building industry.
