Owl Creek ups stake in Navistar

New York, Oct. 8 - Navistar International Corp. investors led by Owl Creek I, LP increased their stake in the company with various transactions between Aug. 15 and Oct. 8, according to a schedule 13D/A filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The investors now beneficially own 5,716,264 shares, or 8.03%, of the company's outstanding stock, up from the 6.08% reported on Jan. 31, 2008.

Navistar, through its subsidiary, International Truck and Engine Corp., produces commercial truck, school bus and mid-range diesel engines. The company is based in Warrenville, Ill.
