Quaeroq reports 5.03% passive stake in Natuzzi

Philadelphia, Nov. 18 - Quaeroq cvba reported an equity investment of 5.03% in Natuzzi SpA as of Oct. 29, according to an SC 13G filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The investor's holdings represent a passive stake of 2,760,400 American Depositary Shares, each one representing one ordinary share.

Natuzzi is a Santeramo, Italy-based furniture designer and manufacturer.
