Natus renegotiates $10 million credit facility to regain compliance

By Lisa Kerner

Charlotte, N.C., June 14 - Natus Medical Inc. and Wells Fargo Bank entered into a second amendment to their original four-year $10 million credit facility agreement which enabled Natus to acquire Biologic Systems.

The revision, effective until June 30, allows Natus to maintain compliance with the proper ratio of total liabilities to net worth.

As of March 31, $9.375 million in principal amount was outstanding.

Natus will incur administrative fees of less than $10,000 related to the waiver and amendment.

Based in San Carlos, Calif., Natus provides health care products used for screening, detection, treatment, monitoring and tracking of medical ailments.
