Atlanta, May 9 - Natural Gas Systems Inc. said it has received $3 million in a private placement.
The company sold 1.2 million shares at $2.50 each to a European institutional investor.
Based in Houston, Natural Gas develops oil and natural gas properties. The proceeds will be used for working capital.
