S&P revises Natura Cosmeticos view to stable

S&P said it revised its outlook on Natura Cosmeticos SA to stable from negative and affirmed the global scale issuer credit and issue-level ratings on the company at BB.

In addition, S&P affirmed its national scale issuer credit and issue-level ratings at brAAA. S&P also kept the recovery rating at 3 on Natura's unsecured debt rated, reflecting an expectation of an average recovery of 50%, unchanged.

“The outlook revision reflects our view of diminished risks associated with the turnaround of TBS's [The Body Shop’s] operations,” S&P said in a news release.
