Natura Cosmeticos sets roadshow, banks for dollar notes offering

New York, Jan. 18 – Brazil’s Natura Cosmeticos SA plans to start a roadshow for an offering of dollar-denominated notes on Monday, according to a market source.

The meetings will be held in the United States and London through Wednesday, with a deal to follow subject to market conditions.

HSBC, Bradesco, Citigroup and Itau were mandated to organize the meetings for the notes that will be offered under Rule 144A and Regulation S.
