Chicago, April 19 – Natura & Co Luxembourg Holdings Sarl sold $600 million of 6% senior notes due 2029 (BB/BB), according to an offering memorandum.
The notes are Natura Cosmeticos SA and Natura & Co Holding SA.
The Rule 144A and Regulation S notes priced with a 99.297 discount.
The notes are redeemable until Feb. 19, 2029 with a make-whole premium of Treasuries plus 50 basis points. After that date, they can be redeemed at par.
BofA Securities, Inc., Citigroup Global Markets Inc., HSBC Securities (USA) Inc., Itau BBA USA Securities, Inc., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Mizuho Securities USA LLC and Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC are listed as bookrunners.
Proceeds are being used for general corporate purposes, including but not limited to refinancing certain existing debt of Natura or its subsidiaries.
The notes are listed on the Luxembourg Exchange.
The Brazilian issuer is a cosmetics company.
