Nationwide Variable Insurance trusts take on new subadviser, new name

Chicago, Sept. 15 - Nationwide Variable Insurance trusts reported a name change and new subadviser in 497 filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission, effective Sept. 30.

Nationwide Variable Insurance Trust - Oppenheimer NVIT Large Cap Growth Fund will now be known as Nationwide Variable Insurance Trust - NVIT Large Cap Growth Fund.

The new subadviser will be Boston Co. Asset management, LLC, replacing OppenheimerFunds, Inc.

The new subadviser for Nationwide Variable Insurance Trust - NVIT Emerging Markets Fund also will be Boston Co. Asset management, replacing Baring International Investment Ltd.

Nationwide Life Insurance Co. is based in Columbus, Ohio.
