New York, Dec. 23 - Nationwide Financial Solutions, Inc. said it has concluded a private placement for $4,497,501.

The company sold 2,998,334 shares at $1.50 each to Pursuit Capital, LLC.

Based in Tempe, Ariz., Nationwide Financial is a debt resolution company.
