Arbitrage Fund, closed since 2010, to re-open to investors on March 15

Minneapolis, March 8 - The Arbitrate Funds announced that its Arbitrage Fund will re-open to all investors, effective March 15, according to a 497 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The fund has been closed since July 19, 2010.

The fund's adviser is New York-based Water Island Capital, LLC.
