National Healthcare investor Ira Sochet cuts stake to 6.9% ownership

Charlotte, N.C., May 12 - National Healthcare Corp. investor Ira Sochet sold 75,435 shares of the company's stock between March 17 and May 8 priced from $39.11 to $43.87 per share, Sochet reported in a schedule 13D/A filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Tuesday.

Between Oct. 10 and Dec. 9, Sochet sold 65,340 shares, keeping an 8.1% stake, a prior SEC filing said.

The investor beneficially owns 949,144 shares, or 6.9%, of the Murfreesboro, Tenn., long-term care hospital operator's outstanding stock.
