NGG Finance will redeem all remaining capital securities due 2076

Chicago, Sept. 13 – National Grid plc subsidiary NGG Finance plc announced that it will redeem all of its outstanding fixed-rate resettable capital securities due 2076 on Oct. 14, according to a notice.

The securities will be redeemed at par plus any unpaid interest to the redemption date.

The company recently conducted a tender offer and executed a substantial repurchase of the securities, allowing the issuer to redeem the notes in full.

National Grid is a London-based electricity and gas utility.
