National Grid repurchases £15.25 million of 8.75% instruments due 2025

Knoxville, Tenn., July 22 - National Grid Gas plc announced it repurchased and will cancel £15.25 million of its £275 million in 8.75% instruments due 2025.

Following this, there are £124.61 million of the instruments remaining.

National Grid is a gas transmission and distribution company based in London.
