Abtech wraps $1.9 million of $2.5 million private placement of stock

Investors also receive three-year warrants for 1.9 million shares

Knoxville, Tenn., Nov. 10 – Abtech Holdings Inc. said it completed a $1.9 million tranche of a $2.5 million private placement of stock.

Investors also received warrants for 1.9 million shares, which are each exercisable for three years.

The Scottsdale, Ariz., company develops clean technology products and services.
