Arbinet-thexchange investor seeking election of three to company's board

Charlotte, N.C., March 20 - Arbinet-thexchange, Inc. investor Karen Singer notified the company that she intends to nominate and seek the election of Shawn O'Donnell, Jill Thoerle and Stanley Kreitman to the Arbinet-thexchange board of directors, according to a schedule 13D filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Singer beneficially owns 1,424,593 shares, or 5.5%, of the New Brunswick, N.J., electronic market operator.
