Fitch: National Development Bank view to negative

Fitch Ratings said it revised National Development Bank plc's outlook to negative from stable.

Its national long-term rating was affirmed at AA(lka) and its subordinated debentures at AA-(lka).

The outlook revision reflects the bank's increased risk profile in terms of its decreasing capitalization, Fitch said, alongside aggressive loan expansion and potential pressure on its asset quality and profitability through portfolio seasoning and higher credit costs.
