National Bank of Kuwait plans dollar-denominated perpetual notes

New York, Nov. 21 – National Bank of Kuwait is offering perpetual unsecured notes denominated in U.S. dollars, a market source said on Thursday.

The notes are non-callable for six years.

J.P. Morgan Securities plc, Citigroup, NBK Capital, Standard Chartered Bank, HSBC and UBS are the stabilizing managers for the Regulation S and Rule 144A bonds, which will be issued through NBK Tier 1 Financing (2) Ltd.
