Moody's affirms National Bank of Greece

Moody's Investors Service said it affirmed that the changes to the asset monitor agreement relating to the covered bond program of National Bank of Greece SA do not result in a reduction or withdrawal of the current Baa3 rating of its covered bonds.

This affirmation addresses only the credit risks associated with the transaction, Moody's said, and does not address any other type of risk or aspect of the proposed change that may be relevant to investors.
